MV Transportation is seeking a Parts Clerk who is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Maintenance Manager, Parts Manager, and other Maintenance Supervisory personnel. The Parts Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to posting parts to work orders, entering work orders into the fleet maintenance software, creating and processing purchase orders, performing shipping and receiving duties, identifying part numbers, monitoring daily fuel readings, ordering parts, managing parts cores, working closely with the Parts Manager to maintain inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and inventories, working with vendors, maintaining organized files, submitting reports, managing departmental assignments, assisting the Parts Manager with department finances, ensuring the parts system is maintained according to standards, and performing other duties as assigned.
