About The Position

We are looking for a Cashier to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include processing payments, retrieving documents, handing out parts, and communicating with customers.

Requirements

  • Tech-Savvy: Fast learner who can quickly master new software, CRM systems, and tools
  • Proficient with simple math: making change, counting a cash drawer, calculating sales tax, etc
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer dealership phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Process payments and credits including, cash, check, and credit cards
  • Reconciling transactions, includes maintaining a cash drawer
  • Setting up customer profiles with the necessary paperwork and information
  • Work cooperatively with the whole parts department and business office
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type emails, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Other duties as assigned
