About The Position

Bachoco USA is hiring a Parts Attendant for its Further Process Plant. The role orders parts, maintains inventory and part locations, sends items out for repair and return, and keeps MP2 records corrected. The attendant also enters work orders into MP2 and provides parts to mechanics as needed. The position involves operating power equipment, including a scissor lift or forklift, to move parts and motors. Employees must pass all requirements to qualify as a PIE operator for Bachoco USA. This is a safety-sensitive position with no supervisory responsibilities. The job requires basic reading, writing, math, and practical reasoning skills. The employee regularly sits, uses their hands, and talks or hears; frequently stands, walks, reaches, and stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls; and occasionally climbs or balances. Regular lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds and frequent lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds are required. The work environment generally has a moderate noise level.

Requirements

Education and/or experience: less than a high school education, up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to write simple correspondence.
Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group situations.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10s and 100s, including using American units of money, weight, volume, and distance.
Ability to use common-sense understanding to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and resolve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including regularly lifting or moving up to 10 pounds and frequently lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
Must pass all requirements to be a PIE operator for Bachoco USA.

Responsibilities
