Requirements
- Previous parts, retail, or automotive experience is a plus - but not required.
- Fast learner with the ability to move quickly through multiple software systems.
- Excellent communication skills - in person and on the phone.
- A sharp eye for detail and a love for staying organized.
- Professional appearance and demeanor —representing the Milton Martin Toyota brand with pride.
Responsibilities
- Providing top-tier customer service to technicians, advisors and customers; in-person and on the phone.
- Managing and selling OEM and competitor parts with speed, accuracy, and a solutions-first mindset.
- Navigating systems like Reynolds, CCC, Snap-On, and OEC with confidence.
- Assisting with daily parts deliveries, stocking, and warehouse organization.
- Coordinating delivery routes and building strong vendor relationships.
- Keeping our service and body shop teams equipped with the parts they need and when they need them.
