This role supports technicians by locating and providing necessary parts, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department during night shifts. Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Commitment to workplace safety and hazard recognition
• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as needed
• Comfortable working independently during evening and overnight hours

Nice To Haves

• Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet repair environments
• Parts department or inventory management experience
• CDL preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems

Responsibilities

• Support technicians by locating and providing the correct parts needed for repairs
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department
• Process warranty parts and related documentation
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability
• Help with trailer pick-up and delivery as needed
• Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe
• Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule
