About The Position

Assist customers in identifying and locating the parts they need, both in-store and through phone, email, and text communications. Prepare and write up service orders accurately and efficiently. Respond to minor technical inquiries and guide customers toward appropriate solutions. Provide hands-on assistance with loading equipment into customers' vehicles. Utilize various tools and resources to resolve customer issues and maintain the company’s strong reputation for exceptional service.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic technical knowledge about mechanical systems – experience in parts or service from automotive, electrical, or other fields can be transferable to power equipment.
• Strong computer competence – we will train on our systems; applicants must have good keyboarding and general computer knowledge.
• Pleasant disposition.
• Ability to work independently with light supervision in an efficient manner.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Desire to please customers and do-what-it-takes attitude.
