About The Position

Kunes Auto Group, one of the fastest-growing dealerships in the Midwest, is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their team. This role is essential for supporting the Service Department, technicians, and retail customers by ensuring accurate parts sourcing, inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Strong customer service, retail or hospitality experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-service mindset with clear communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and typing skills required
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

Parts advising experience in a dealership or retail parts store strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Assist Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers with identifying and sourcing automotive parts
Accurately look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and DMS software
Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and core charges
Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
Receive, stock, and organize parts deliveries
Communicate order status and backorders clearly and professionally
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with dealership standards
Work closely with Service and Sales departments to support overall operations
