About The Position

Are you passionate about Powersports and love helping customers customize their rides? Anderson Powersports in Reno, NV is seeking a Parts Advisor to assist customers in selecting, modifying, and accessorizing their off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and snowmobiles. This role requires great customer service skills, an interest in Powersports, and the ability to build personalized accessory packages to enhance customers' experiences.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and product details.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Bilingual a plus.
Computer proficiency for researching parts and processing orders.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their Powersports vehicles.
Maintain a strong knowledge of Powersports parts, compatibility, and functionality.
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients' needs and recommending solutions.
Utilize merchandising skills to present and organize parts for easy customer access.
Upsell and cross-sell accessories that complement customers’ purchases.
Offer basic technical assistance or direct customers to additional resources.
Keep inventory organized, manage orders, and maintain a tidy workspace.
Think creatively to suggest unique customization options.
Troubleshoot issues and find innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
