The advisor will maintain and update prepayment logs, keep customers informed of work progress, and schedule installation appointments. Additionally, they will monitor daily parts traffic, receive parts for installations, and inspect vehicles to ensure correct parts are ordered. The position also requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and potentially cross-training for other duties.
