About The Position
Go RV & Marine Leduc is hiring Parts Advisors for one of the busiest stores in the Edmonton market. This role is crucial to the dealership's operation, especially when service is busy, sales are moving volume, and technicians need parts quickly. The parts department is one of the most important teams in the building, offering a steady workflow, constant movement, and real opportunity for Parts Advisors who know how to stay organized, communicate well, and keep things moving without mistakes. This is a role for someone who likes being in the middle of the action, solving problems quickly, and being a reliable point person for the entire dealership.
Requirements
- Knows auto parts and can communicate confidently with technicians and customers
- Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Can multitask in a high-volume environment
- Understands inventory organization and ordering processes
- Brings a positive, team-first attitude every day
- Takes pride in being reliable and dependable
- Dealership or aftermarket parts experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts needs
- Ordering, quoting, and sourcing parts
- Managing inventory and receiving
- Keeping repair orders moving efficiently
- Working closely with service and sales teams throughout the day
