About The Position

Westlock Motors is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for selling parts to internal and external customers over the counter, online or over the phone. If you bring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and an interest in the automotive industry, we’ll teach you the rest. Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience delivering strong customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Team-first attitude with the ability to work well independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in automotive parts is an asset but not required as we are willing to train

Responsibilities

• Help customers (in person, on the phone, and online) find the right parts quickly and efficiently
• Order parts and provide information including their function, prices, application, and warranty
• Recommend companion parts and current promotions
• Process and fulfill online parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders
• Communicate effectively with technicians and other departments regarding parts availability
• Assist with inventory organization and regular cycle counts
• Perform other duties as required
