The Wholesale Parts Administrator assists Technicians and parts customers. This role involves assisting customers in selecting and purchasing parts, promoting specials and the full product line, maintaining parts bins and shelves, processing charge sales, providing invoices, assisting with monthly parts returns, staying updated on new products, determining parts availability, managing out-of-stock parts, securing approval for special orders, maintaining parts catalogs and technical information, filing invoices and purchase orders daily, and obtaining time requirements from technicians to meet customer time frames.
