About The Position

This position works in both office and warehouse environments. The Parts Administrator will be responsible for customer and internal order tracking, processing vendor purchases, assisting with customer parts counter sales, and managing cash transactions and accounting. The role also involves contributing to the overall positive customer service of the front counter and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Must be a self-starter with good time management, planning, and organizational skills with a commitment to detail.
  • Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills required and familiar with programs such as: Word, Excel and Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary.
  • Good phone answering skills: prior operator experience.
  • Must be able to handle general math calculations with money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous parts counter selling or consulting experience a plus.
