As a Partnerships Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in growing our healthcare partnerships, working closely with top start ups in the health-tech space, and helping us make our biggest member events a success. You’ll develop expertise in the evolving employer benefits ecosystem, digital health, and healthcare venture trends, while learning the ins and outs of strategic business development, relationship management, and event strategy. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to take their career in sales to the next level. Requirements

  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset
  • Someone with great organizational skills who can juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • A creative thinker who loves solving problems and finding opportunities
  • Someone comfortable interacting with senior executives
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Iterable
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or a similar field.
  • An interest in startups, tech, and innovation is a must!

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in healthcare innovation, startups, and trends
  • Build and nurture relationships with cutting-edge companies in Employer Benefits
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline including outreach, meetings held, and deals won / lost
  • Own full sales cycle from outreach to close resulting in over $500K of closed business
  • Support partners and ensure they get the most out of our events and programs
  • Work alongside a passionate team to bring exciting projects to life
