We are seeking a Partnerships Operations Associate to support and scale TRM’s private sector partnerships, with an initial focus on Orion partners. This role sits at the intersection of partner operations, data accuracy, and go-to-market enablement—ensuring partners are onboarded efficiently, supported with high-quality data and reporting, and managed with strong commercial and operational hygiene. You’ll work closely with Partnerships leadership, Product, Finance, and GTM teams to ensure partner data, reporting, and contracts are accurate, timely, and scalable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable operating as a force multiplier for senior partnerships leaders.
