Position Summary: We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Associate to help identify, develop, and execute partnerships that expand how users discover and engage with EarnIn. You'll support partnerships across product, payments, and distribution, working closely with senior leaders to turn ideas into launched, measurable initiatives. You'll be involved throughout the partnership process — researching opportunities, supporting partner conversations, coordinating internal stakeholders, and helping bring new partnerships to market. This role requires strong organization, the ability to work across teams, and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,0-$171,000 plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View, requiring in-office work 2 days a week.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, partnerships, finance, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with financial concepts and business models.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex topics for different audiences.
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in fintech, payments, marketplaces, or consumer tech preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior leaders in evaluating new strategic partnership opportunities across product, payments, infrastructure, and distribution.
  • Prepare partner briefs, internal memos, market research, and diligence materials.
  • Assist with pipeline support, partnership modeling, economics review, and scenario analysis.
  • Coordinate internal alignment across Business Units, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Help manage partnership workflows from early evaluation through launch.
  • Track key milestones, dependencies, and approvals across multiple workstreams.
  • Support contract review processes and help coordinate feedback loops.
  • Assist with post-launch operational readiness and partner onboarding.
  • Monitor early performance and help identify opportunities to optimize or scale successful channels.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and ecosystem research to support partnership strategy.
  • Stay informed on fintech, payments, payroll, and embedded finance trends.
  • Help document learnings, frameworks, and repeatable processes as the function scales.
  • Track installs, conversion performance, and partnership ROI.
  • Prepare summaries, insights, and recommendations to inform prioritization and future tests.
