About The Position

The Foundation to Combat Antisemitism was founded in 2019 by Robert Kraft to stand up to Jewish hate and hate of all kinds. We uniquely reach unengaged non-Jewish Americans, moving them to become allies through empathy-building national mass media and social advertising. We partner and convene diverse leaders and groups to create awareness and understanding, and our Command Center monitors the digital landscape 24/7 to understand where and how hate is spreading and completes national research on this topic. SUMMARY: We are seeking a passionate, proactive and detail-orientated associate to join our Partnerships team. The Partnerships Associate will serve as the operational backbone to the team, working closely with the Chief Partnership Officer and Partnerships team, cross-functional FCAS team and partner organizations. This role requires exceptional planning and execution skills, anticipating needs of internal and external stakeholders, along with an ability to work effectively and professionally with a range of individuals to ensure work is completed and deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, project management or similar field or commensurate experience
  • Extremely organized and proactive with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills – able to communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external audiences, and to a range of entry and senior level individuals
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for dotting every I and crossing every T
  • Ability to influence others professionally and persuasively to ensure Partnerships work by cross-functional partners within the organization and outside FCAS is completed
  • Strong relationship manager – reading between the lines and being appropriately assertive to ensure work is completed
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within the team, anticipating issues before they arise
  • Passion for bridge building across groups and individuals, and standing up to antisemitism and hate of all kinds
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Suite/Apps
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of Partnerships Salesforce tool, ensuring updated and accurate data on all partners and activities are inputted and reflected in a timely manner
  • Track key events of current and potential partners, creating and maintaining the cross-functional calendar with leadership team visibility. Ensure FCAS representatives that attend events have necessary preparatory materials to speak/participate
  • Collaborate with Chief Partnership Officer to identify key cross-partner communications opportunities. Execute plan, creating timetable, ensuring messaging and assets are developed and reviewed in a timely fashion, and executing delivery via email or mail
  • Create and distribute weekly tracker of key partner activities to Partnership and leadership teams and other relevant reporting as requested
  • Identify emerging trends among partners or partnership areas, along with potential new partners and escalate to Partnership team for review and action.
  • Complete pre-meeting research and summarize and distribute meeting notes
  • Prepare Partnership and FCAS team members for partner visits to FCAS
  • Respond to general partner emails, requests from partners, or internal requests from the leadership team.
  • Support operational requirements for team & Chief Partnership Officer, including collateral and other projects
