About The Position

Leigh & Co is seeking a Partnerships & Brand Marketing Coordinator to support and execute strategic collaborations while driving visibility across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, content, and growth—managing brand relationships while ensuring Leigh & Co shows up consistently and strategically across search, social, and key online platforms. Preferred candidate resides in Colorado, Maryland or Florida. However, the role is open to the right person in any state.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute brand partnerships from outreach through delivery
  • Coordinate collaboration details, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain and grow relationships with aligned brands and vendors
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that align with brand positioning
  • Execute strategies to improve visibility across Google and AI-driven search platforms
  • Optimize content and listings for discoverability
  • Coordinate and publish real weddings
  • Ensure content is optimized for search and aligned with brand voice
  • Support storytelling that strengthens portfolio positioning
  • Pull and organize galleries from weddings and events
  • Identify high-value content opportunities for ongoing use
  • Collaborate on content themes that support growth
  • Execute Reddit strategy including posting and engagement
  • Identify relevant conversations and opportunities for organic visibility
  • Position Leigh & Co as a trusted, knowledgeable voice
  • Monitor and respond to client reviews
  • Support strategies to increase review volume and quality
  • Leverage reviews for marketing and SEO impact
  • Refresh and maintain listings across Google and relevant directories
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization across platforms
  • Implement and manage website pop-ups targeting planners and clients
  • Support conversion-focused updates and improvements
