Join our journey We're hiring our first Partnerships Manager to build and own our partnerships function from scratch. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role with real visibility and influence on go-to-market strategy. You’ll work closely with company leadership to define our approach to strategic partnerships, including accounting firms, implementation providers, VARs, and other players in the financial ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a partnerships role, working with ERP implementors - a must
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder - you know how to open doors and keep them open
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership in an early-stage environment
  • Organized, curious, and strategic - but also hands-on and execution-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for candidates with an accounting background or experience in ERP/financial SaaS
  • Existing network in accounting, ERP, or financial software ecosystems
  • Familiarity with CRM and partner tracking tools
  • Experience building processes or playbooks from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Define, build, and execute Nominal’s US-based partnerships strategy
  • Identify and engage strategic partners (e.g., accounting firms, resellers, service providers, tech platforms)
  • Develop repeatable processes for partner onboarding, enablement, and collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with partners over time
  • Track and report on partnership performance, feedback, and outcomes
