About The Position

Smadex is a global leader in the programmatic space, providing a world-class DSP for mobile, CTV, and video. As we scale our footprint across the Americas, we are looking for a strategic powerhouse to lead our partnership efforts. You will be the face of Smadex to the industry’s most important players, moving beyond simple networking to build high-value, sustainable alliances that drive revenue and product innovation. The Role: We are looking for a senior partnerships professional to lead and scale Smadex’s strategic relationships across the Americas. This role will own the regional partnerships strategy, drive supply and measurement collaborations, and represent Smadex as a key market ambassador. The ideal candidate combines deep AdTech expertise with strong commercial acumen and an established industry network.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of AdTech experience within a DSP, SSP, MMP, Ad Network, or related ecosystem player.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, with a focus on mobile marketing technologies and supply dynamics.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships in the Americas region.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to pitch, present, and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep partnerships through relationship management and consultative selling.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior ambassador for Smadex across the Americas, owning executive relationships with key partners, including SSPs, MMPs, data providers, and direct publishers. Foster long-term, value-driven collaborations that support Smadex’s growth and product innovation.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive partnerships roadmap for the region. Balance the optimization and expansion of existing top-tier partnerships with the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new high-impact opportunities that drive supply quality, scale, and competitive advantage.
  • Strengthen Smadex’s access to premium inventory and strategic integrations by developing partnerships across mobile, in-app, and emerging channels. Identify opportunities to unlock differentiated supply, data, and measurement capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary face of Smadex at major industry events, conferences, and panels across the Americas. Represent our brand, communicate our vision, and cultivate senior-level networking opportunities to position Smadex at the forefront of the AdTech ecosystem.
  • Lead the full partnership lifecycle - from initial outreach and strategic evaluation through commercial structuring, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance governance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure successful partner integrations, joint business planning, and revenue growth.
