Partnerships Lead - US

Xelix
4d$180,000 - $185,000

About The Position

At Xelix, we work with some of the world’s largest companies to automate and strengthen their financial controls. Our AI solutions redefine how Accounts Payable teams operate – moving from manual processes to automated, intelligent workflows. Xelix is a fast-paced scale-up – things move fast and expectations are high. We raised our Series B with Insight Partners in June 2025 and are expanding aggressively. We have a team 150 talented people pulling together to achieve our goals. Everyone is trusted to take ownership, move fast and have a meaningful impact. We prioritise personal and professional growth, keep things fun, and love to celebrate a milestone together. In this role you’ll grow, be challenged and help shape the future of Xelix. If you’re excited about building something special with us, we’d love to hear from you. Xelix's partnerships channel generates over 25% of company revenue, and the US is our fastest-growing market — already around half of total pipeline and revenue. We've built this largely remotely, and now we're hiring our first dedicated partnerships person on the ground in the US. You'll own the US partnerships strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships. That means managing and growing existing relationships with Big Four and major consulting and SI partners, while actively recruiting new regional SIs and other strategic partners. There's a real opportunity here to shape how Xelix's US channel develops - this is not a role where the structure already exists and you're maintaining it.

Requirements

  • You know the AP, P2P, or broader finance technology space well — the key firms, the key people, and how deals get done in this market. You've built and managed strategic partnerships before, you're comfortable recruiting new partners from scratch, and you're energised by a role that requires you to build as much as manage.
  • 7–10 years in partnerships, alliances, or commercial roles within SaaS businesses
  • Deep knowledge of the AP, P2P, or finance technology space, with existing relationships with key players in the US market
  • Proven experience owning and growing strategic partnerships with Big Four firms, major SIs, consulting practices, or similar
  • A track record of recruiting and activating new partners
  • Commercially minded with exposure to deal progression — you understand pipeline, deal cycles, and how to move opportunities forward through partners
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across complex organisations
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you can prioritise, make decisions, and build process where none exists
  • Strong judgement on where to focus across a broad remit
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and workstreams in parallel
  • Based in the US, with flexibility to travel domestically and occasionally to our London HQ

Responsibilities

  • Own Xelix's US partnerships strategy and execute against it with clear revenue and pipeline targets
  • Manage and grow Xelix's relationships with Big Four and major consulting and SI partners across the US
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new regional SI and strategic partners to expand our US channel
  • Build the operational rhythm for each partnership: joint planning, QBRs, enablement, and regular cadence
  • Support and co-sell alongside partners on reseller opportunities
  • Generate opportunities for the sales team through referral partners.
  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships and internal teams to align US partner activity with Xelix's broader go-to-market
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partners are set up to win
  • Work with our enablement team to ensure US partners are trained and confident positioning Xelix
  • Represent Xelix at US industry events and build Xelix's profile in the AP and P2P space
  • Build a US partnerships function over time, with the expectation of growing a team around you in the future based on success.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $180,000 - $185,000 depending on experience plus OTE $250,000 - $260,000
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance provided via UnitedHealthcare and Guardian, with multiple plan options to fit your needs.
  • A 401(k) Retirement Plan with immediate vesting and a 100% employer match on the first 4%, managed by ForUsAll.
  • Access to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible pre-tax savings on healthcare and dependent care.
  • Employer-paid Basic Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance, plus optional Short-Term Disability and Voluntary Life coverage.
  • A confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available 24/7 for support with mental health, legal, financial, and everyday life matters.
