Oscilar is hiring a Partnerships Lead to own and scale our external partner ecosystem and drive partner-sourced revenue growth. This is a senior, externally facing individual contributor role that combines deep account ownership with strategic ecosystem development across two core motions: enterprise reseller partnerships and advisory and professional services partnerships. You'll embed Oscilar deeply into reseller GTM motions, turning signed agreements into consistent, compounding revenue across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts. In parallel, you'll build and scale Oscilar's presence within the broader advisory ecosystem — positioning Oscilar as the platform of choice in partner-led fraud, AML, and risk modernization engagements. This role requires strong independent judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build trusted senior relationships across a diverse partner landscape.
