About The Position

Flowhub is seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Events Manager to be the face of the company across the cannabis industry. This sales-forward role involves representing Flowhub at trade shows, summits, and partner gatherings, building relationships, and turning them into pipeline opportunities. The manager will own the company's presence in the field, manage event calendars and budgets, and develop a consistent playbook for activations to ensure predictable lead generation. Key responsibilities include designing and running executive dinners, operator roundtables, and partner activations, fostering relationships with cannabis operators and tech brands, and cultivating the ecosystem and community. Success will be measured by leads generated per event, pipeline contribution, and partner ecosystem growth.

Requirements

  • Natural ability to connect with people and build working relationships.
  • Sales acumen and ability to engage with C-level operators.
  • Willingness to do the work and focus on the build rather than title.
  • Coachability and ability to take direction.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (30-40% of the time) across various cities.
  • Ability to work in the Coconut Grove HQ office four to five days a week.
  • Roughly 2+ years of experience in relationship-driven roles, such as sales (SDR, BDR, AE), events, community, brand partnerships, or early business development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with Salesforce or a similar CRM for tracking pipeline, partner activity, and event ROI.
  • Understanding and acceptance of the cannabis industry.

  • Experience in a SaaS, fintech, or platform company.
  • Experience in events or experiential roles with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Experience in community or brand partnerships.
  • Experience in early business development where real relationships were closed.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Flowhub at trade shows, summits, and partner gatherings to build relationships and generate pipeline.
  • Own the event calendar and budget, developing a consistent playbook for all activations.
  • Design and execute executive dinners, operator roundtables, and partner activations.
  • Develop relationships with cannabis operators and tech brands in the ecosystem.
  • Act as a connector between Flowhub, operators, and partner brands.
  • Generate leads per event, contribute to pipeline, and grow the partner ecosystem.
  • Report on event ROI and hit set targets.
