About The Position

DAZN is redefining how sports are experienced and partnerships are key to our growth strategy. We’re looking for a Senior Partnership Director to help build and elevate our partner distribution and promotional ecosystem. Your work will directly contribute to DAZN’s brand visibility and subscriber acquisition and retention efforts. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with a range of platform partners. You'll be involved in the full execution lifecycle - from launch and execution to campaign reporting -always ensuring DAZN delivers value while maintaining strong compliance with partner requirements. Your ability to use data to drive strategy, deliver results, and challenge the norm will be critical to success.

Requirements

  • Strong account management experience, ideally in digital media or partnerships
  • Knowledge of the domestic US sports media and digital distribution landscape
  • A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to juggle multiple fast-moving projects
  • Experience managing partners across the US.
  • In-depth knowledge of locally relevant sports distribution.
  • Ability to analyse large datasets to draw actionable insights that drive performance
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned partners - including platforms such as app stores, domestic broadcast partners, CTV, Streaming ecosystems etc
  • Monitor and report KPIs to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to management
  • Ensure campaign delivery aligns with partner guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate across internal teams (Legal, Finance, Data, Commercial and Technology) to ensure seamless project execution
  • Support strategic projects designed to grow partner revenue and DAZN’s overall subscriber base
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner contacts and internal senior stakeholders
