About The Position

FlightStory is a media company and investment fund focused on elevating stories, building communities, and supporting founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. They scale creator-led new media IP and operate an investment fund and venture studio. The company is seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed, and highly organized Global Partner Manager to join their commercial Brand Partnerships team during a period of rapid growth. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end campaign delivery across integrated 360" partnerships, including podcast formats, branded content, social media, and speaking engagements. Reporting to the Head of Global Partner Management, the individual will collaborate with Partnerships Directors and creative, content, and production teams. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, resourceful, and takes initiative. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account or campaign management experience, preferably in the media and advertising industry.
  • Experience working with 360" talent/influencer-led partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet all deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing major brand partnerships through exceptional campaign management with multiple industry references.
  • Strong understanding of campaign-specific and long-term marketing campaigns.
  • Generalist creative skills: ability to interpret client briefs, provide creative direction, and perform quality control across asset production.
  • A do-er; solutions-focused and resourceful enough to find solutions using own initiative.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A natural collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-driven and capable of independently advancing projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Genuine passion for exceptional client service and creative brand partnerships.
  • Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.) and Keynote.
  • Willingness to attend production shoots with talent and client, where required.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement partner strategic media plans, including accurate costings and details across all partnership formats.
  • Lead partnership kick-off calls, guiding client stakeholders through the production process, briefing forms, creative best practices, and project timelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of brand partnerships, including podcast sponsorship, audio ads, branded content, social assets, and speaking engagements.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance across all channels, providing weekly reports and recommendations for improvement, including comprehensive post-campaign analysis in client presentations.
  • Manage and optimize client relationships post-sale through regular status calls, detailed project management, and ensuring higher-value renewals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience, briefing all stakeholders on deadlines and deliverables.
  • Contribute to evolving internal processes, driving efficiencies and automation by championing new systems and platforms.
  • Contribute to case study builds, leveraging learnings and insights from post-analysis to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all brand partnerships and campaigns are clearly and efficiently documented and organized across internal drives and platforms.
  • Measure impact by monitoring asset performance and sharing learnings with the wider team to foster continuous improvement.
