We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to grow, energise, and elevate the partner ecosystem that fuels our global programs. This is not a back‑office coordination role. It’s a front‑foot, commercially driven, relationship‑led position for someone who loves spotting opportunity, negotiating standout deals, and representing our rewards portfolio with confidence and flair.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and onboard new brand partners across Dining, Travel, Fitness, Retail, Entertainment, and more.
  • Grow and retain existing partner relationships, ensuring ongoing value and engagement.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, delivering creative, high‑value partnerships aligned with client and business goals.
  • Champion TLC’s Rewards Portfolio internally, collaborating with Client Success, Creative, Product, and Data teams.
  • Maintain accurate partner data, assess new opportunities, and support seamless partner delivery once campaigns go live.
