About The Position

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and expand strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and business impact. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships, from strategy development and onboarding to ongoing relationship management and joint Go-to-Market execution. Your work will directly influence pipeline creation, partner alignment, and commercial success, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Sales. Operating in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment, you will be instrumental in building mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, global systems integrators, and consulting firms. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable partnership strategies. Success in this role means fostering collaboration, optimizing partner performance, and contributing to long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in partnership management, sales, business development, or managing large customer relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience in software/SaaS industries, including working with global systems integrators or consulting firms.
  • Proven track record of driving sales through partnership channels and executing strategic negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of AI and software technology landscapes, with strong business case development and financial modeling skills.
  • Expertise in strategic account planning, relationship management, and building a robust industry network.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for partner meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Create joint business plans with partners and execute strategies for pipeline development and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to implement demand generation initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key partner metrics, using data to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration, conflict resolution, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate partner product strategies and roadmaps, advising internal teams on partner priorities and initiatives.
