About The Position

Support Dermalogica’s Undergraduate education for Partnership Schools by adapting US and Global educational assets for the undergraduate channel. Partner with Director US Education and Partnership Schools Sales Manager to ensure engaging, effective education that strengthens school partnerships and builds long-term brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Active Esthetician license required.
  • Five plus years of skin treatment experience and/or experience as a Senior Instructor, with a demonstrated track record of success supporting undergraduate schools within a defined territory.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 30 percent, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
  • Flexibility to support varied schedules, including select evenings and weekends based on business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with Dermalogica products, protocols, and educational concepts.
  • Must reside on the West Coast, preferably California, with the ability to travel to corporate headquarters on a quarterly basis or as needed.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring effective prioritization and follow-through.
  • Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate impactful meetings with customer accounts and senior level decision-makers.
  • Proven problem-solving with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication across multiple formats and stakeholders.
  • A meticulous, dedicated work ethic with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a high level of initiative and accountability.
  • Passion for education and a strong commitment to lifelong learning.

Responsibilities

  • Support Dermalogica’s Undergraduate education strategy for Partnership Schools by leveraging existing Dermalogica educational assets and adapting them for effective undergraduate delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnership Schools Sales Manager and the Education Training and Development Manager to ensure education initiatives support school partnership goals, student engagement, and long-term brand adoption.
  • Teach the full Undergraduate curriculum to a high standard, ensuring clear, relevant, and consistent learning outcomes for students and instructors.
  • Adapt, maintain, and refine undergraduate education content, including digital and alternative learning formats, to ensure materials remain current, brand-aligned, and appropriate for the undergraduate audience.
  • Develop limited bespoke educational content for Partnership Schools where needed and support the rollout of new and updated undergraduate classes, including training instructors on delivery expectations.
  • Communicate undergraduate education updates, tools, and programs to internal stakeholders, including Training teams, Sales partners, and Instructors.
  • Present undergraduate education content at symposiums, internal meetings, school events, regional trainings, and select conferences as needed.
  • Support instructor and school engagement initiatives including in-field training, alumni training, instructor summits, and industry trade shows, to strengthen Dermalogica’s presence and partnerships within the undergraduate channel.
