This role is dynamic, with high call volumes on direct, high-value leads, demanding strong sales expertise. As our team expands, we're on the lookout for Outbound Sales and Marketing Representatives for the New Tenant Residential Program (NTRP). This role is dynamic, with high call volumes on direct, high-value leads, demanding strong sales expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Work from a carefully curated list of potential customers in old and new construction Multi-Dwelling Units, promoting premium Bell products.
  • Identify specific needs and provide tailor-made solutions while delivering impeccable customer service.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to craft effective strategies.
  • Utilize the Salesforce CRM system for efficient territory and funnel management.
  • Demonstrate optimism, empathy, and integrity, representing our customer's Bell Canada brand.
  • Effectively sell and build rapport with customers over the phone.
