This role is a foundational executive position, tasked with personally driving the first phase of aggressive growth while architecting the process for future hires. This is a builder role, not a caretaker role. As the Director of Partnership Sales, you will lead our global channel and alliance strategy to drive accretive revenue growth. You will be responsible for the entire partnership portfolio—from identifying and recruiting new partners (MSPs, VARs, and Technology Alliances) to negotiating high-stakes agreements that expand our market share. This role requires a data-driven leader who can build high-performance cultures and foster long-term relationships based on mutual success.
