About The Position

We are looking to hire an associate to staff our accounts. The ideal candidate will have internship-level experience and should be able to work well in a team environment. This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago office with the ideal candidate being able to work in the office at least two days per week. This role will assist to drive meaningful growth through traditional and unique opportunities for leading global brands. This is an exciting and critical position in building and scaling user acquisition with a top-tier agency in the growth stage. The associate will have exposure to many different aspects of Partnership Marketing and overall company building in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Internship level experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
• KPI-driven and results-oriented.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Quick learner.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good eye for design.
• Resourcefulness is vital to this position.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of work experience in a client-facing capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and build strong relationships with key publisher affiliates and networks around the world – scaling the publisher while driving continued innovation through the channel.
• Assist to drive meaningful growth through traditional and unique opportunities for leading global brands.
• Build and scale user acquisition.
• Present our work to clients, which will require creating decks as client deliverables.
• Research solutions independently for discussion purposes with the team.
• Provide creative and innovative solutions to address brands’ user acquisition needs.
