About The Position

Altagram Group is seeking a motivated and proactive Partnership Manager to be based in Canada. This role will focus on expanding the company's QA and localization business across North America, with a specific emphasis on the Canadian gaming market. The position offers a significant opportunity for career growth in business development and client partnerships within the dynamic video game industry.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, project management, QA, localization, production, or another client-facing role within the video game industry.
  • Professional fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interest in building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding of the video game development ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for games and the gaming industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with QA testing, localization, and audio or other game production services.
  • Existing network within the Canadian gaming industry.
  • Experience attending or participating in industry events and conferences.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing, localization, testing, and/or audio production services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with game studios, publishers, and development partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Promote Altagram’s QA (localization, functional, and compliance) testing, localization, and audio services.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and manage sales opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, QA, localization, audio, and production teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent Altagram at industry events and networking opportunities, including conferences such as GDC, XDS, and MIGS.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the gaming industry.
