About The Position

TalentPop is looking for a Partnership Manager (PaM) to serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and help convert interest into qualified sales opportunities. This role will manage a steady stream of inbound leads while also conducting targeted outbound prospecting against a curated list of high-fit accounts. The focus is on identifying genuine intent, understanding the prospect's needs, and converting qualified opportunities into demos for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, commercially minded, and comfortable balancing speed with thoughtful, personalized outreach. For a high-performing PaM, this role is designed to provide a pathway toward promotion into an Account Executive position, with a target progression timeline of approximately 12 months based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Partnerships, Sales, Business Development, or a comparable role.
  • Experience working for a SaaS or service-based company that serves E-Commerce businesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative and opening new opportunities.
  • Strong interest or experience in the E-Commerce industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous partnerships or business development experience within the E-Commerce ecosystem.
  • Experience working with Agency or Technology Partners.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools such as Zapier.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to evaluate and optimize performance.
  • Experience conducting presentations, Lunch & Learns, partner meetings, or similar events.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% for partner meetings, events, and team offsites.
  • Experience creating partner enablement or sales materials.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with Agency and Technology Partners to create new business opportunities.
  • Educate partners and their client-facing teams on TalentPop’s Customer Experience solutions and value proposition.
  • Manage and optimize the partnership pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, lead generation, and mutual business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to strengthen and expand partnerships.
  • Establish relationships with new Agency and Technology Partners and educate them on TalentPop’s services and how they can benefit their clients.
  • Foster and nurture existing partner relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, meetings, and Lunch & Learns.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track partnership activity, manage pipeline stages, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Analyze partnership performance and continuously identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive lead flow, create partner enablement materials, and add value to partner relationships.
  • Assist with partnership reporting and present insights and results to company leadership.
  • Plan and support in-person events with partners to generate incremental leads and increase TalentPop brand awareness.
