THE ROLE The Manager, Partnership Insights, will play a central, hands-on role within the newly established Partnership Insights vertical at Legends Global, a function that unites the Insights and Partnerships divisions. This role is the primary executor of day-to-day insights work, responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and actionable data directly to partners, prospects, and internal stakeholders in support of sponsorship sales and activation. The Manager will also contribute to building the foundation of this vertical by developing processes, documentation, and standardized frameworks that make insights delivery consistent and scalable. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Strategy, and Legends Global Insights including CRM, Modeling, Reporting, and Guest Experience translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that support revenue goals and strengthen partner relationships. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on doing the work, gets energized by turning data into stories, and wants to help shape how a new function operates from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Between 1-2 years of experience in quantitative, analytical consulting, and/or client-facing businesses, as well as experience interacting with internal organizational leadership.
  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Eager self-starter looking to apply business learnings across a portfolio of clients to surface meaningful insights.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data and ideas to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling way.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, consultative environment alongside senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated experience using data to solve real business problems, with examples to share.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and adding value.

Responsibilities

  • Support the build-out of the Partnership Insights vertical by contributing to the development of processes, documentation, and standardized frameworks that enable analytically rigorous, partner-facing insights delivery across Partnership sales and activation.
  • Serve as a primary executor of day-to-day Partnership Insights work — responsible for pulling, analyzing, and delivering data and insights directly to stakeholders
  • Execute research briefs and strategic deliverables using tools such as SponsorUnited, YouGov, Audiense, Sports Innovation Lab, and Placer.AI.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable narratives that support partner engagement and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnership Sales, Strategy, and Central Insights teams — including SMEs across Modeling, CRM, Reporting, and Survey Insights — to ensure insights are integrated into go-to-market planning, activation strategy, and performance measurement.
  • Contribute to the codification of best practices, templates, and repeatable workflows that improve consistency and scalability across the Partnership Insights function.
