About The Position

As the Partnerships & Events Manager you will help drive pipeline and revenue through high-impact experiences and strategic relationships. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Partnerships & Events Manager will own Prokeep's events, webinars, and association partnerships from strategy through execution. You will build and manage an annual events calendar, deliver compelling virtual and in-person experiences, and turn partnerships and community programs into measurable growth for the business. The Partnerships & Events Manager sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategy. You will own the programs that put Prokeep in front of the right audiences at the right moments — and ensure every touchpoint drives pipeline, revenue, and brand credibility in the wholesale distribution industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or partnership marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing both in-person and virtual events with measurable business impact.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering results in a resource-conscious environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, ON24, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate event and partnership metrics into actionable insights and leadership-ready reporting.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to conferences and customer/partner locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in or familiarity with the wholesale distribution or construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events end-to-end, from initial concept through post-event reporting.
  • Own the annual events calendar, aligning programming to revenue goals, campaign priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage all event logistics including vendor management, registration, travel, on-site execution, and run-of-show to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, RevOps, and Leadership to ensure clear internal communication, staffing, and accountability at every event.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize event budgets, maximizing impact even with limited resources.
  • Measure and report on event performance (attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline and revenue, CAC/ROI) with insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, from concept development through post-event follow-up.
  • Manage all webinar logistics including speaker coordination, content development, promotion, tech setup, rehearsals, and live moderation.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop compelling, audience-relevant topics and content.
  • Implement tactics to increase participation and engagement including polls, Q&A, chat prompts, and follow-up workflows.
  • Conduct post-webinar evaluations, analyze performance, gather feedback, and continuously refine the webinar program over time.
  • Collaborate with association partners and buying groups to create and distribute co-marketed content aligned to Prokeep messaging and positioning.
  • Build and execute partnership marketing plans, including pre- and post-event strategies to maximize reach and revenue outcomes.
  • Leverage partner media kits to identify and prioritize promotional opportunities based on sales and pipeline goals.
  • Drive thought leadership through partnerships, including webinars, content collaborations, and speaking opportunities.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with partners by deeply understanding their audiences and tailoring campaigns accordingly.
  • Define KPIs and own reporting to measure partner impact on pipeline and revenue, using data and retrospectives to continuously improve performance.
