About The Position

WFFA Advisors is a full-service tax and accounting firm serving high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, real estate sponsors and operators, trusts, estates, and private foundations. WFFA is a member firm of Windsor Path, a family office-backed platform partnering with established accounting and advisory firms across the country. WFFA is known for the hands-on involvement of its partners. Clients work directly with the partner responsible for their account, and partners stay close to the technical work rather than operating purely in an oversight capacity. That dynamic is central to how the firm has built trust over decades, and it is central to this role. This is a newly created Partner seat at WFFA with a clear runway to take on a meaningful book of business, lead client engagements end to end, and grow into expanded responsibility within the firm over time. The role is positioned for a partner level professional who wants to be a true relationship owner, work directly with clients, and play a real part in shaping the next chapter of the firm.
