About The Position

As a Partner Veterinarian, you will have an ownership stake and equity, helping to build the clinic with the support of other doctor owners. The practice focuses on providing high-quality medical care for companion animals with non-life-threatening urgent conditions. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited veterinary school
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced urgent care environment
- Interest in leadership, practice growth, and business ownership
Responsibilities
- Helping guide the continued growth, culture, and success of the practice as an owner partner
- Examining, diagnosing, and treating companion animals with urgent medical conditions
- Developing treatment plans and providing follow-up recommendations
- Performing minor surgical and medical procedures
- Maintaining accurate medical records
