You have creative ideas and methodologies to find and also engage those hard-to-reach candidates. You enjoy bringing data and insights to the table based on your findings. The Impact You Will Have: As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will partner with all members of our Talent Acquisition & Business Partner teams to build candidate pipelines for positions across all business units nationwide. You will develop a deep understanding of QTS, our culture, and the desired qualifications in developing comprehensive sourcing strategies. This position plays a critical role in ensuring QTS has a high-quality talent pipeline available at all times. In addition to pipeline generation, you will gather, maintain, and share market intelligence and knowledge of competitor companies in each QTS region. This opportunity focuses on results including lead generation and quality hires. Work location is open to any of our major markets (Atlanta/Suwanee, GA; Ashburn, VA; Overland Park, KS).
