About The Position

In this role, you will work closely with the HCM Partners to ensure that client expectations are continually met. As a Partner Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall ownership, advancement, coordination, and completion of assigned tasks and activities. These projects involve customer management with a combination of software and services. An Analyst is also responsible for successfully completing tasks and activities while managing interactions between different internal departments, clients, and vendors to fulfill our contractual obligations. This role works independently and with minimal supervision. The work performed in this role will directly impact productivity, effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction. The Analyst will have a strong working knowledge of processes, expectations, and service-level requirements. Additionally, as a Partner Support Analyst, you will: Performs basic and intermediate technical and service job functions with minimal supervision Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and completes tasks and activities effectively Executes daily activities with ease and within the outlined service level agreement. Consistently exercises effective communication and follow-through Ensures all tasks are delivered on time and accurately Assist with peer mentoring and coaching Reports and escalates to management as needed Measures performance using appropriate tools and techniques Establishes and maintains relationships with third-party vendors Attention to detail, quality assurance driven, ability to follow process documentation Assists with department projects or goals Participates in the development and implementation of standard processes and best practices Performs other related duties as assigned and has the ability to take on new tasks or challenges Understand and apply HIPPA, PHI, and PII sensitivity and compliance Train new partner contacts on Ben Admin System

Requirements

  • At least 0-2 years of technical experience such as help desk support, time and attendance implementation or software configuration, and training or related education.
  • Knowledge regarding general benefits, payroll, human resource compliance information
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Skills in MS products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment and take the lead when necessary
  • Willingly collaborates and shares knowledge with others
  • Practices strong communication skills with a customer service focus
  • Able to comfortably and effectively present to audiences of various sizes
  • Competencies: skilled, prioritization, critical thinking, process management, leadership, time management
  • Works independently with a strong ability to learn new skills
  • Effectively manages time, daily activities, and project timelines
