Our supply-side ecosystem is expanding rapidly with new monetization opportunities including Retail Media, Amazon Seller, Lightning Pay, Spot Commerce Media, and more. To support this scaled evolution, we are building a dedicated partner Success function to ensure adoption, onboarding, activation, and sustained growth of these high-impact initiatives. We are seeking a Partner Success Manager (Supply Side) to lead the post-introduction journey for publishers engaging with new impact.com initiatives, acting as their enablement owner, technical advocate, and strategic partner. This role will work cross-functionally with Publisher Development, Product, Engineering, Retail Media and regional Partner Success teams to operationalize programs, drive adoption, optimize publisher outcomes, and unlock incremental GTV across our supply-side ecosystem.
