About The Position

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the success of partner initiatives related to professional services including onboarding, continuing education, project support, project monitoring and compliance with Kahua professional services standard methodology. The candidate must be proficient in Kahua and professional services methodology. The candidate must be capable of multi-tasking, managing multiple initiatives at the same time, tracking tasks performed by multiple internal and external (partner) teams, is customer-focused and has attention to detail. The position is expected to continuously collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders, and to use independent judgment, problem solving, and analytical skills in identifying and assessing process inefficiencies, recommending improvements and delivering positive outcomes. This role will report to the Director, Partner Success and will coordinate activities across the Professional Services, Partner Development, and Sales departments. This role will also work collaboratively with Professionals Services, Sales, Partner Development, Development and Senior Management to set priories and ensure successful enablement and growth within the Partner community. This position will be based in our Alpharetta office or remote based on resource location.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of Kahua experience required, including implementation, product management, or equivalent experience within the company
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support documentation, analysis, and presentations
  • Familiarity with MS Project or similar scheduling software to effectively manage project timelines and resources
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in software technology or product management
  • Demonstrates expertise in both Kahua-specific and general project management or product management process
  • Minimum 2+ years of Kahua implementation, product management or equivalent experience within the company
  • Strong experience in IT software implementations

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Onboarding of Partner Implementation resources
  • Provide partner implementation expertise to the Enablement team for existing and new training courses
  • Manage, track and report upon project status, resources, timelines, and deliverables for partner-led projects
  • Follow through on activities to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Drive process improvement related to Kahua-partner engagements
  • Ensure professional services methodology and best practices are documented and adhered to
  • Collaborate to problem solve and identify potential solutions to challenges to deliver the best possible outcome
  • Coordinate activities between Professional Services, Partner Development, Development, Sales and Support
