Our Core Values are – Be Proactive, Be a Team Player, Take Ownership & Do the Right Thing Summary of Position The Partner Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Telaid’s partner and 1099 labor ecosystem to support scalable field service delivery. This role owns partner sourcing strategy execution, capacity readiness, rate intelligence, and ongoing partner performance enablement across Last Mile Service Excellence (LMSE) and Project-based programs. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role works closely with senior leaders, Workforce Management, Quality, PMO, and Shared Services to ensure labor supply aligns with current and future demand. The Partner Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in translating go-to-market labor strategies into an executable, data-driven partner network that supports growth, service quality, and margin objectives. Limited travel may be required for partner vetting, relationship management, or strategic meetings.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with contractor/partner ecosystems or staffing/recruiting (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in partner sourcing, vendor management, staffing, recruiting, field operations, or workforce management
  • Demonstrated experience working with subcontractors, 1099 labor, or field service partner ecosystems
  • Experience supporting multi-site, project-based, or last-mile service environments
  • Proven ability to manage sourcing initiatives with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in IT field services, low-voltage, structured cabling, or security systems strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow FSM platforms, labor marketplaces, or workforce management systems
  • Strong reporting, analytics, and operational optimization experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP, LMSE and Field Operations leadership to execute labor sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and go-to-market plans
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified partner organizations and 1099 contractors across multiple geographies
  • Own partner readiness, capacity forecasting, and activation planning to support project and service demand
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain partner rate structures, capabilities, certifications, and service coverage
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on partner selection, utilization, and expansion opportunities
  • Support the development, maintenance, and governance of standardized rate cards using market intelligence and internal performance data
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management and Quality teams to ensure partners meet operational, compliance, and performance expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for sourcing data accuracy, dashboards, and reporting
  • Deliver regular capacity, readiness, and sourcing insights to PMO, Resource Center, Service Center, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead partner communications related to onboarding, documentation, compliance, and readiness updates
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to sourcing workflows, tools, and partner engagement models
  • Support invoice validation, documentation compliance, and issue resolution in coordination with Shared Services
  • Maintain and enhance sourcing dashboards, databases, and performance tracking tools
  • Analyze sourcing trends, utilization patterns, and market conditions to inform leadership decisions
  • Drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency across partner sourcing operations
  • Grow a team of coordinators through servant leadership
  • Perform quarterly development conversations
  • Monitor and approve timecards and expenses
