About The Position

Sourcing Talent Acquisition Partner Are you someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and helping uncover amazing talent? What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll partner closely with field leaders to understand what they need and find the right talent to help their teams grow. You’ll spend your time: Using digital tools and classic relationship‑building to identify great talent Connecting with both active and passive candidates and building genuine, ongoing relationships Representing FBFS in the community — at job fairs, campus events, and other outreach activities Sharing our story — who we are, what we value, and why our culture is special Tracking your sourcing efforts so we can see what’s working and continuously improve Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teammates, hiring managers, and leaders to make thoughtful, high‑quality hiring decision This position can be located in Iowa, Nebraska or Kansas If you’re someone who loves conversations, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be a trusted partner, you’ll feel right at home here.
