The Opportunity We are looking for exceptional talent to serve as a University Sourcing Partner to help us on our mission to change the world through digital experiences. You'll also develop the future university recruiting strategy for Sales and Corporate functions With the sourcing partner team, develop, update, and maintain the Fall recruiting plan that aligns with the overall hiring goals and objectives. Lead virtual and in-person career fairs, information sessions, and other events with Adobe's business representatives. Build and maintain relations with universities to ensure a continuous flow of top talent. Coordinate the logistics and execution of Fall recruiting events, requiring 70% travel during peak season. Sourcing Pipeline Review pipelines from Spring planning, employee/executive referrals, and applications to identify potential candidates. Partner with the team on specific programs to determine the best fit for open internship roles. Conduct 20% travel to various universities for Spring planning and to meet with key contacts and potential students. Apply various tools like Phenom, Handshake, Workday, and LinkedIn to source candidates. Conduct initial screening calls to assess interests, skills, experience, and overall fit. Build a passive pipeline of top student talent for future recruiting seasons. Plan and implement Spring on-campus and virtual events for students. Maintain prospective candidate pipelines in Phenom, including tagging for easy tracking. Build | Be an excellent partner Cultivate relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process. Provide status updates and answer any questions from candidates promptly. Build positive relationships with career centers, student organizations, professors, and program directors. Provide detailed information on open internship positions to relevant university contacts. Build and promote a strong Adobe brand narrative to increase top-of-the-funnel awareness. Update marketing materials and promote events through various sourcing tools and university channels to attract talent. Market Adobe events to students through Phenom, ensuring high visibility and participation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in sourcing or conducting business area talent research.
  • A detailed understanding of the recruiting process with a desire to refine processes for a seamless experience.
  • Willingness to travel (70% travel in the Fall season, 20% travel required for Spring).
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrating operational excellence by meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
