About The Position

This role is designed to drive partner-led growth by working closely with sales teams and ecosystem partners to maximize revenue impact. You will act as the primary strategist and co-sell orchestrator, ensuring the right partners are engaged in the right opportunities at the right time. The position requires close alignment with Account Executives throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to deal closure, while also identifying scalable partner strategies and repeatable motions. You will manage partner onboarding, activation, and enablement, while serving as the source of ecosystem intelligence to support sales execution. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role where your insights, strategy, and execution directly influence revenue outcomes and partner engagement. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, channel, or ecosystem-driven GTM roles.
  • Proven success operating as a sales-aligned overlay with measurable partner-driven revenue impact.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Strong understanding of how partners influence buying decisions and ability to prescribe tailored partner strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with executive presence and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and operational mindset, with experience tracking partner engagement, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently while identifying scalable patterns and repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic overlay to sales teams, ensuring partners are attached to deals and actively contributing to revenue outcomes.
  • Match opportunities with the ideal partner profile to optimize co-sell engagement, executive influence, and technical validation.
  • Lead partner-assisted deal activities including account mapping, deal strategy, joint workshops, business case planning, and mutual close coordination.
  • Gather ecosystem intelligence, maintain field readiness, and feed insights back to sales and leadership to improve win rates.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer & Partner Success to enable partner effectiveness and confidence in collaborative selling.
  • Track and report partner-influenced pipeline, wins, deal velocity, and revenue contribution.
  • Help define and refine scalable partner-assisted sales motions as the organization grows.
