About The Position

Sweep is hiring a Partner Sales Manager, based in Denver, Colorado, to drive Sweep’s revenue growth in the US by building, activating, and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem (consulting firms, specialist boutiques, and, selectively, system integrators). Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with significant experience generating new and incremental enterprise business with and through partners—from partner recruitment and activation to co-sell execution and pipeline conversion. You can demonstrate success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a fast-growing environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. You have the ability to build a scalable operational framework for partnerships by creating repeatable partner motions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions. You have a strong understanding of the buyer journey and can lead multi-threaded complex selling in a consultative manner. You enjoy selling a product that requires a strong grasp of value drivers and enough product depth to be credible with partner teams and end customers. You’ve mastered the business models of consulting firms and system integrators: you know how to help partners build compelling proposals and delivery approaches, constructively challenge their positioning when needed, and actively support Sweep’s sales teams throughout the sales cycle. Finally, you are keen to contribute to the evolution of our partner motion—improving our playbooks, internal alignment, and the creation of key tools and assets that make partnerships scalable. You are on the front line of the partner motion in the US: managing and developing partner pipelines, maintaining forecast accuracy, and achieving/exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives tied to partner impact. You will be in regular interaction with existing and prospective partner executives, services leaders, and partner sales teams, and you will work closely with Sweep AEs, SEs, Delivery, Marketing, Legal, and Sales Ops to ensure partner-involved opportunities are executed cleanly and tracked accurately. At Sweep, artificial intelligence is part of how we work, learn, and build. Every team member uses AI tools daily to speed up operations, improve decision making, and unlock creativity. We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and the desire to use AI as a true partner in your work. Whether it's analyzing information, drafting content, improving workflows, designing better employee experiences, or supporting distributed teams, you’ll use AI to work faster and smarter. We provide guidance, tools, and best practices so you can get the most out of it. We’re looking for candidates who already have hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting. You should be comfortable using AI to support your daily work, enhance productivity, and create new solutions. If you naturally reach for AI to amplify what you do, you’ll feel right at home here.
