Partner Sales Engineer

Cribl
$140,000 - $185,000Remote

About The Position

Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next. We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd. This is a remote role based out of the United States. This isn't your typical Sales Engineering role. You are a builder, a coach, and a strategist. Your mission is to build a highly skilled, self-sufficient technical community within our partner ecosystem. You will be the force multiplier that enables our partners to win, driving our mutual success and scaling our business across the region.

  • Deep knowledge of IT Operations and Enterprise Security, with strong experience managing data pipeline structures—specifically Logs, Metrics, and Traces (OTel).
  • Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript and Regex to shape, mask, and route data streams, combined with a strong working mastery of Linux operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of cloud data architectures and modern object storage platforms (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob, Snowflake, MinIO).
  • A proven background in Enterprise Systems Engineering, Technical Professional Services, or high-level Technical Support.
  • A remote-work veteran with curiosity and grit.
  • Experience working remotely
