About The Position

This is a base salary plus commission, field-driven sales role designed for highly motivated, self-directed professionals with a proven track record of building and converting sales pipelines. Success in this role requires the ability to independently generate, re-engage, and grow business opportunities, with a strong focus on revitalizing existing Select Employee Group (SEG) partnerships within assigned markets. The Partner Relationship Officer is responsible for reactivating, managing, and expanding USALLIANCE’s SEG relationships through a proactive, performance-driven B2B model. This role combines strategic account growth with hands-on field execution, including frequent on-site engagement, partner activation, and direct member enrollment to drive measurable membership growth, product adoption, and long-term partner value. This position operates in a performance-based environment, where earning potential is directly tied to partner activation, account growth, and funded member outcomes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual Candidates strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B or partnership sales
  • Proven ability to independently generate and convert pipeline through outbound prospecting, relationship development, and account growth
  • Experience managing and expanding complex or employer-based relationships (e.g., SEGs, corporate partnerships, multi-site organizations) preferred
  • Demonstrated success owning the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, needs assessment, solution positioning, and closing/activation
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups and drive measurable outcomes
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to operate independently in a performance-based, commission-oriented environment
  • Ability to identify and execute re-engagement strategies that drive growth within existing or underutilized relationships
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and engage partners effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management, including activity tracking, account management, and performance reporting

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and develop re-engagement opportunities within assigned markets, building and maintaining a consistent, self-generated pipeline across existing Select Employee Group (SEG) relationships and targeted new partners
  • Own the full sales lifecycle within assigned portfolio, including outreach, reactivation, consultative needs assessment, solution positioning, and activation of new growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for each SEG, including opportunity sizing, engagement strategy, and clearly defined growth, product adoption, and activation targets
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Operations) and expanding opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct consultative B2B needs assessments to identify workforce needs and align solutions that drive measurable partner value and member growth
  • Generate new business opportunities within existing SEG populations while selectively prospecting within assigned markets to expand the partner portfolio
  • Plan and deliver on-site and virtual engagement initiatives—including financial wellness sessions, onboarding events, and partner activations—designed to drive measurable enrollment, funded accounts, and sustained participation
  • Promote and drive adoption of credit union products and services, with a focus on increasing penetration, generating funded accounts, and establishing direct deposit relationships
  • Track, manage, and report on all sales and relationship activity within CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, account plans, and performance against defined revenue and growth targets
  • Operate independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountability in a performance-driven environment, continuously refining approach based on results, partner feedback, and market insights
  • Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may evolve as the Business Development department is established and scaled, with priorities adjusted based on organizational needs.
