About The Position

Contentstack is looking for a Partner Relationship Manager - Strategic Technology Partnerships to build out a network of partners to support its go-to-market strategy. This is a build role focused on developing a deep, monetized, AI-leaning technology partner ecosystem to enhance customer value and maintain category leadership. The role involves architecting and leading the strategic technology alliance motion globally, defining partnership monetization, and operationalizing a co-sell engine. The position requires close collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in technology partnerships, alliance management, business development, or ecosystem strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively with sound business judgment and financial metrics.
  • Demonstrated track record of partnering with foundation model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and AI infrastructure companies, especially in AI, data, cloud, or composable/DXP categories.
  • Strong networking skills and well-connected at all levels.
  • Communicative, growth-oriented, and able to generate pipeline.
  • Independent and results-oriented work style, with a proactive approach to initiating change and strategic thinking within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build collaboration across business units and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong and positive presence with excellent communication skills.
  • Hold responsibility for partner and Contentstack mutual success.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner relationships from onboarding to increasing market awareness and building pipeline.
  • Define and prioritize key technology categories for AXP (foundation models, AI orchestration, data and CDP, vector/search, commerce, hyperscalers) and build a target list of 15-25 partners with business cases.
  • Develop joint plans with partners and monitor progress against agreed metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to build joint solutions with partners and take them to market.
  • Act as the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert on technology partners for the Global Sales Organization.
  • Optimize existing partner sales processes, partner relationships, and customer success stories by working closely with internal cross-functional departments.
  • Provide guidance and strategic advice to partners, clients, and account teams on partner growth strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with technology partners.
  • Recruit new strategic partnerships, particularly in data and AI-native areas, to support product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Manage administrative activities related to partnerships in the assigned region.
  • Create and execute a go-to-market strategy for the region.
  • Track performance through OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.
