Employees are, and always have been, the heart of our story, it starts with you! We are in search of a Project/Relationship Management Sr. Associate to join our Partner Project Management team. In this role you will get a little bit of everything, strategic and process work, and a mix of marketing, technology, customer service, and operations. You will act as a voice of the partner; listening, learning and advocating for the partners and their customers throughout the organization. The role is a balance of both relationship management as well as project management. There is never a dull moment! Our team focus’ on innovation and integration of the overall relationship with our partners as well as the payment business experiences within your assigned team. Projects we have the opportunity to manage include: onboarding of new partners, technical enhancements / liaison to our technology team, process, procedure and efficiency improvements, partner specific program upgrades. No two projects are alike, we have a lot of variety in our work, being flexible in our project management style is key to our success. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, projects and programs through comprehensive coordination and project management. You will act as the primary liaison and project facilitator with internal stakeholders, external partners and all third-party relationships that are involved with the project. You will have the opportunity for limited travel. As a financial institution, we are all required to: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required. Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, with 5+ years of relevant experience
A minimum of three (3) years of project management and relationship management experience
Experience in marketing, operations, business development, technology or partnerships
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
Strong presentation skills and comfort interacting with all levels of a partners’ organization.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and deliver projects for your assigned partners on time and on-budget.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders and team members with projects in any of the following business areas: Co-Brand Credit Cards (e.g. Retailers, Airlines, etc.), Financial Institutions Credit Cards, Private Label Cards, and Unsecured Loans
Launch new products and desired functionality for our partners with ongoing coordination to drive innovation, mutual value, and partner satisfaction
Strategize partner enhancements with a team for the assigned partners/departments to promote increased integration and growth of business
Communication around product delivery, marketing initiatives, and partnership opportunities and their key initiatives.
Offer ideas, suggestions, and impact analysis to the team’s strategic plan to enhance our effectiveness
Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our partners
